My garbage disposal was leaking so I contacted American Home Shield. They quickly connected me to Northern Plumbing to schedule an appointment. Northern Plumbing came out and replaced my garbage disposal in 20 mins! So quick, easy and inexpensive!
They came out on behalf of our home warranty company to fix some pinhole leaks in our copper pipes and were in/out fast and seemed to have fixed the issue! Very friendly and communicated well. Scheduling was easy and their secretary even called in advance to let us know they were 20 minutes out. We had a great experience and would use them again (and we just may need to soon lol)!
We recently had a problem with our water softener and called Northern for a service call (never used them before, we recently moved to Blaine). Chris, the technician, was very nice and very thorough in explaining and demonstrating why our current water softener was junk! He had a couple options on the truck, we chose one, installed on the same call. They took care of the permit process and scheduling the inspection. About a month after install we needed an adjustment in the hardness of our water. I contacted Northern for a service call to come check.
