Jim and Chuck were excellent to deal with - straightforward, very knowledgeable and willing to help. Chuck changed out our main water shut offs, cleaned up, and had everything up and running again in no time. Z's has newly become our go-to and I urge you all to reach out to them for your plumbing needs!
Needed a toilet replaced, already had the new toilet. A friend recommended Z's plumbing. Chuck can out and installed the new toilet. Chuck was upfront with me when another part was broken and needed to be replaced, no surprises! Very fair and affordable!
A+, would recommend!
I just had my first experience with z's plumbing. Jim is the most honest person I have ever hired, I asked him several water softener questions and he could have easily sold me a new one, instead he told me that mine was good quality and I should keep using it.
The reason I had him out was to do a anode rod in my water heater, I got 3 quotes Jim beat my best quote by 50%!
Don't waste your time looking any further this is the best company around.
update Feb 2026,
had my second job for Jim. he diagnosed my issue over txt, came out the next day and fixed it. I don't think anyone will ever beat his prices. if you like small companies this is your guy.
