We contacted Comfort Keepers prior to bringing my mom with Alzheimer's back from living in a memory care in another state, with her husband. They were attentive to the needs and concerns we had, and were willing to help make dad feel cared for too, even though he wasn't a client at first. They set about working with us, to get a care schedule that fit our needs, and eventually a team of caregivers was in place. Lori is OUTSTANDING, and always is loving and gentle with mom. They ALL are. When emergency needs come up they worked especially hard to help fill the gap, and if a caregiver is sick they try hard, and often succeed to get a substitute caregiver in place. Comfort Keepers do just what their name implies.They enabled my husband and I to remain in RosePointe senior apartments when he was terminally I’ll. The staff are marvelous and help in a multitude of ways. Always cheerful, patient and competent. And flexible when the need arises. I am grateful for the help they provided both my husband and me to make his final days comfortable.
