“My aunt has been employed by this company, for more than 4 years. The staff ensures sure she has what she needs. The company has had it times when they have been at fault but they resolve it as quickly as possible and with great sincerity. To my understanding I don’t really know much about this stuff but so far she has been taken care off.“

Our son has complex medical needs, and PHS has provided everything he’s needed — ventilator support, feeding supplies, and all the pediatric-specific items that most other providers don’t even stock. Their team understands medically fragile kids in a way that’s unmatched.

Unfortunately, our new insurance plan recently put them out of network, and we’re struggling to find any alternative provider that carries pediatric-grade supplies like PHS does. It’s heartbreaking because their service has been a lifeline for our family.

If your child has complex medical needs, I cannot recommend PHS enough. They truly care, and they make it possible for kids like ours to live safely at home.“

“My Mom loves her caregiver named Lyn. My Mom (military retiree) has been paying out of pocket for services rendered as Tricare for Life doesn't pay for this type of care for about one year and half. Lyn has been great as it takes pressure off me, son of Mom, as I am 100% disabled veteran with many medical issues hence is getting harder to help my Mom. I thank the good Lord for this company existence, and Lyn for making me and my life stress free post service.“

Stephanie plays wonderful games that challenge my grandmas mind to stay active and gets her on the bike for exercise and at 92 my grandma still has her mobility and that is a huge thanks to the routine Steph provides.
She stays on top of hygiene, diet, exercise, and education for us on how best to care for grandma! And as if that was not enough Steph helped my grandmas make some homemade Christmas ornaments to give the family as gifts and it is the best keepsake!
