The installation crew arrived when they were scheduled, and even though there was a slight delay to the original arrival time, Scott communicated it to us the day before, which we appreciated. The crew was friendly, courteous, professional, and worked incredibly efficiently.

We are beyond thrilled with the finished product. The new carpet has completely transformed the room and made it look fantastic! The quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
