“The water softener was installed in 2023 and has had issues since install and after 3 technicians came out and looked at it and could find nothing wrong we got the technician ted and he found the issue right away and it was a defect. He explained exactly what was happening and why and he fixed the issue free of charge since it was under warranty and on them. Things happen nothing is perfect all the time but the coustomer service was next level and would highly recommend for that alone. Ted was awesome.“
