I received a referral for Dr Corey Welchlin and the Center for Specialty Care from a trusted friend. I am so grateful for the excellent work done by Dr Welchlin ! He thoroughly explained everything to me about the osteotomy procedure, recovery time, and post surgery care. His staff is very friendly and everyone there always took the time to answer all of my questions and was never "rushed" to get me out the door. Even though the Center for Specialty Care office is more than 2 hours from my home in Minneapolis, it was worth the time and expenses to make the trips to get the top notch work performed by Dr Welchlin and his staff.
I had my rotator cuff repaired at the center for specialty in December of 2023 by Dr. Dodds and had an amazing experience both preoperative and postop. I am currently 12 weeks PO and am back to working out and playing basketball. The staff was tremendous and very helpful in answering any and all questions. I had ZERO pain for about 3 days after the surgery which made my recovery so smooth. I highly recommend the center for specialty care.
