I have an old home whose original windows are in great shape, but for some reason the kitchen windows had been replaced with cheap ones from the 90s. Ryan and I discussed a few options, ones with higher price points, ones with lower price points, and when I had settled on Marvin windows, he took me to the installer's showroom to go over different types, options and even colors of stain. What really impressed me was the owner’s time and detailed plan - drawn and documented by hand and he worked with the crew vs sending a sales person who you never see again and working with the back office was great as well. The deck turned out amazing and the quality was great and the crew was amazing as well. I also appreciated the starting bid which was similar to others, but started with higher quality materials, where all the other companies I looked at everything was basic and an upgrade from the start. Every single time I need a quote, delivery, questions answered, or even just an additional part of their railing that I forgot to order, they’ve answered and delivered exceptional quality and customer service. Their STAR Railing System is unmatched in quality, versatility, and durability and provides an absolutely beautiful, modern look to any deck you can think of building. Paired with their Wolf Serenity PVC decking is absolutely the best looking deck I’ve ever seen. Wolf decking had a wide variety of colors to match any house out there. The best part about their decking is it’s double sided so if you drop something you can flip the board, it’s solid all the way through so no worry about it caving in like most other deck brands out there, and it’s PVC which makes it absolutely perfect for cleaning. Extremely low maintenance, just wash it off when you need to, same with the STAR Railings and they have amazing warranties (which you most likely won’t need). I honestly couldn’t imagine building a deck with any other companies products, they are by far the pinnacle of decks and a company as a whole.“
