Rick genuinely cares about the quality of his work, each customer's experience, and his 24-hour turnaround time is amazing! If those amazing attributes aren't enough to convince you that Rick should be your only go-to for all small engine service, this will be — he also takes the time to teach his customers important equipment care steps they can take on their own to avoid big service bills and keep their equipment operating well on their own. Don't waste your time or energy with anyone else; call Rick!
Tennyson Company diagnosed and fixed our lawnmower on the spot. The self propelled feature is back! They could not have been nicer, quicker or more thorough. They topped off our oil and changed our air filter as well. We highly recommend this business.
Rick was amazing! Sent him a text asking about his snowblower tuneup, heard back from him the same day, he ended up picking up my snowblower as I had no way to get it to him, and brought it back to me running like a top the next morning. He gave me a great breakdown on how to keep my machine running perfectly and some tips on keep my gas can clean, etc... Incredibly friendly, helpful, and amazing service.
