I am very happy with my cut and color! However, I do think that your stylists should wear name tags! Many of them do not introduce themselves and this could eliminate the customer having to ask.

I have been going here for years and the stylists are really nice and usually do exactly what I ask for, but prices have gone up-$31 for a custom haircut, $16 for an eyebrow wax and $28 for a conditioning treatment I never signed up for…the price was never mentioned until I had to pay. Completely shocked I just paid $28 for a 1x hair conditioner application. Stylist should have mentioned the price before applying it. And hair still looks and feels dry. Really upset by this.

Walked in 5 minutes late to my appointment after picking my son up from school and there was NO ONE inside other than the 2 stylists that were scheduled to cut our hair. They say they can’t do our cuts anymore because they “might” be late for the next scheduled appointment and have a fully booked day, so we are out of luck. 2 easy clipper cuts with nobody else in the store.Update: the owner of the salon called me and we discussed the issue. She was very apologetic. I was very impressed by her professionalism and quick response. Glad to see an owner who cares about their business enough to follow up on these reviews!Service: Haircut
