Dr. Shultz was great and the store looks very nice. The reception girl was rude all 3 interactions with her and sneakily tried to get me to pay extra. Then I waited about 25 minutes to just pick up my glasses which weren’t the right prescription 🙃
Spoke to Rob on the phone who not only told me he would handle my missing contact lenses but managed to call me back the same day and have them arranged for delivery. Thank you Rob. Customer service like this is what makes me keep coming back
