Peyton, our service tech, was very throrough, explained all of the options for us to follow in a no pressure manner. Pronto is now our preferred provider for all of heating and air needs.
Charles was super detailed, and gave some options for our furnace filters to prevent the blower from working too hard. Cleaned everything out and made sure it was all running smoothly!
Tech Travis arrived right on time. He’s a jolly guy and diagnosed the problem (toilet flush valve making a loud squeal while refilling). He replaced the valve in less than 20 minutes. Yay Pronto!
