My mothers care team at Fairview Southdale is amazing! Nurse Carrie and social worker Ellen are a DREAM TEAM. They truly make a difference in our families stress level. They are always available and can help out with just about anything we need all with a smile and good attitude. We love them and are so thankful for their help during a rough time for our family.
