Worst billing experience I've ever dealt with, especially after an last-minute medically necessary surgery. They sent me to debt collections even after my bill had been paid (balance was $0) for over a month and a half. Because I didn't call to notify their billing department that I had paid, they said they had no way of knowing this had been taken care of which is why I was still sent to collections. Doesn't seem right.
Terrible billing services. Intrusive repetitive calls requesting payment after 3 months when I'm just trying to keep my head above water paying off all these medical bills. My advice #1 dont break your leg and #2 dont go to Southdale Anesthesiologists Healthcare system is so broken💔
Worst billing system. They should be reported to the better business bureau for how they treat people. I just had a baby and they sent me one letter before sending me to collections. I had no idea their bill wasn't included with the rest of my medical bills.
