I am so impressed by the exceptional service and kindness I received here. As a first-time pet owner, I was very stressed when I found out the cat I just adopted ended up costing thousands and counting. I'm very thankful my regular vet, Lake Harriet Veterinary, referred me to Mckeever for my cat's ear issues. Dr. Lucy Tongen is exceptional. She is compassionate, always takes the time to answer all my questions, and knows what she's doing. She made it easy to trust her to care for my cat. Our GSD has suffered from allergies for years. We always felt like we were a step behind. McKeever was a life saver!! Such caring staff (special shout out to Glenn) everyone is amazing from the second you walk in the door. Our boy is doing much better now. I wish I could give 100 stars ✨

Our Male GSD developed quite the extensive record in allergens and we really went through it trying to figure out what was making him so itchy all the time. Trial and error but, we finally did the allergy test after spending over 1k in meds. Once Doctor Heinrich figured a treatment plan, our buddy was cleared up and he had the best skin we had seen since he was a pup. Great staff, great service. Glen is my Bear’s favorite but they are all great people!
