“I was impressed with this place. I walked in without an appointment and I was greeted and checked in quickly. I sat for a relatively short amount of time before I was seen. The doctor was thorough and friendly and got me in and out in an expected amount of time. The atmosphere was clean, modern, had adequate seating, and is attractive. anytime I can't see my primary care physician I will be back to this walk-in clinic. The location is handy and convenient in East Grand Forks.“

“A few week's ago I received a call that my main Dr. Peterson had quit without notice. Was very disappointed cause I trusted her and had a bond. Today I was scheduled to see Nurse Practioner Kelly Pratt. Was mind blown by her instant commitment to my health. She explained, she listened, she offered idea's, she asked questions that were never asked before. Without me saying a word she picked up on signs by my body language. Never has happened in the past. She seemed literally eager to help me. Not just by giving me pills and saying let's see if this works. But by listening and running tests that should have been done. Long time ago. “This place is one of the best VA facilities I've been to. (My care team is the best, obviously the A team) Scheduling/Front Desk is friendly and gives plenty of info. Nurses are efficient and very clearly care. Lab does a great job and are fast. Providers are attentive and create treatment PLANS that work. MH/BH is incredible and knowledgeable. It is small, very small. But, they do a lot with what they have. It's obvious that the people that work here do so because they believe in what they're doing. I only have good things to say about this place and the people who work here. 10/10 Grand Forks, stay great.“

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seemed extremely interested in helping me with my needs. I have only used the medical and chiropractor. The dental doesn't see adults because they are extremely understaffed. I use a different local dentist for my daughters and me. I also use a different vision clinic so I can't review the eye doctor. The social workers are also amazing.“
