The woman behind the counter was incredibly kind and empathetic to my circumstances and took several minutes to just talk with me about him and then shared her story about her own dog’s passing not long ago. “Went there last week for haircut, this week got hair colored , partial foil, today is 7-15-2025, I had Ashley , she does a fantastic job!!! She helps u decide what's best for ur hair , I personally have the grey coming in kinda blochy all over, she's is very knowledgeable , she will do what u want, unlike some hairdressers I know. Place is real cute and spacious , they also do waxing . Plenty of parking in the lot, prices r very reasonable. Check it out and ask for Ashley !!? When meeting with the associate at the Eden Prairie location, not only did he identify the work badly needed, but suggested both shoes be assessed for re-souling. Two weeks later, the shoes came back looking as though they had just come out of the factory. Low cost repairs with high- caliber results. This place has the experts.
A few weeks later, I needed some hem work done at the Edina location where I was told of a seamstress named Lolly, who understood I wanted a black rose patch (provided by me) placed on a moth-inflicted hole on my black cotton Henrley. The associate who answered my phone call at the Edina location a week later, MacKenzie, was thorough in locating my garment and informing me that not only had the patchwork been finished, but now the garment was getting cleaned to boot.
My grandfather owned a haberdashery in Argentina and the level of service I have experienced at Mulberry's is old-world classic customer service. Great work!!!“

“BEST DECISION I MADE FOR PREPARING FOR MY WEDDING!!! I myself have some knowledge of sewing (grandma taught me, I took fashion classes, I alter bridesmaids dresses every so often, etc), and something that makes me very happy is when seamstresses answer my questions clearly!!! I originally had my dress looked at by my bridal shop’s recommended person, and she blew off almost every question I had; whereas Farzaneh not only answered my questions, she showed me exactly what she was going to do to my wedding dress and explained how she would do it. I wanted so many changes too! She changed the structure of my dress as well as added lots of small lace appliques from my mother’s wedding dress and it looked seamless (the front of my dress was originally a completely open V). Aside from her talent as a seamstress she is one of the most kind, genuine, and funny women I have ever met! She also altered some of my bridesmaids’ dresses and my mom’s dress. Oh, and did I mention we gave her very little time and she delivered work that was beyond exceptional?! I would trust her with any and all of my garments. She also cleaned all of the chocolate cake and dirt out of my dress like a pro after our wedding. The thing is now just as white as the day it got delivered to the shop! If you want a GREAT tailor, look no further. She’s the best I’ve seen!“
