My experience with Keith Pumper Plumbing was extraordinary. Our tech was "Josh". He is super experienced, professional, and friendly. Part of the service he provided, besides servicing two boilers, was installing 4 thermostats (in rental property I manage). When installing the thermostats he actually used a small level!! All I can say is WOW!I started the process of shopping for carpet in the fall of 2022 by requesting quotes from 4 different, non-big box flooring stores.Specialized Floor Coverings was the only store that provided me my required items:1. An upgraded, sound dampening pad2. A documented manufacturer warranty on the carpet3. A documented installers warranty4. A full week from removal of old to installation of new (wanted to remove squeaks from the floor)A local competitor tried to tell me that their standard pad was "Good Enough" and told me to find the manufacturer warranty on the manufacturer web page and told me that they "warrant their install" (no details).I paid $700 more to go with Specialized (the upgraded pad was $800, so really their carpet+install was less expensive).The installers for Specialized were FANTASTIC, treating my carpet install as if they were carpeting in their own house, being carful and meticulous on every detail.Thank you Specialized Floor Coverings for a FANTASTIC experience.
Very capable crew that did an excellent job replacing our roof after storm damage. A tireless, efficient crew that was evident works very well together. Work was predicted to last 2 days, but finished in 1 1/2 days. Very thorough clean-up.
