Recently, I had a nice experience at this hair cut place. However, the wait was long though due to the site not having many people working there. Plus, many customers were waiting in line too. And sadly, this is the case for all the Great Clips in Duluth, MN - ie they have a staff shortage and are struggling to hire more people who are qualified to work. Now many years ago, there use to be a cosmetology school in town. Then due to odd MN State and City Regulations and other site issues etc, they closed down. I wanted to put thought behind this review before I wrote it. This world has become full of hate and prejudice. I walked in to find a very nicely dressed man in drag named Tate. She was professional, and courteous to all. Turns out she cut my hair, and I was very pleased. I'm not much of a talker, so I hope that was not uncomfortable, but I would definitely go back to her again. Nicely done Tate!
Went there today to get the layers in my hair fixed. I ended up having 2 ladies work on my hair. And I respect that. It’s not that one was better than the other, one wasn’t sure what I wanted, the other understood. But they worked together, nobody was arrogant or belittling, they were kind, professional and comical… and I got the fix in my layers I desperately needed.Thank you ladies!
