From poor communication, or no communication during my stepdaughters stay I couldn't be more disappointed. We live 2+ hours away so I let them know when I would be arriving to help expedite her release. After waiting an hour and a half, they finally got around to removing her picc line, which meant 30 more minutes. She was transferred from Brainerd and that will never happen again. St. Cloud is only 60 minutes away and in my experience with both, would definitely pick St. Cloud first.

Came in via ambulance on February 6th from a heart attack all staff were professional and knew what they were doing. Spent the night was brought in the next morning to cath lab one stent placed 2 hours later was on my way home. Very open to questions and laid everything out for me. I still call sometimes when I super panic due to my heart attack. Their team of cardiologist and nurses are awesome.
