Patients appreciate the kind, competent, and thorough care from nurses and doctors, as well as the comfortable rooms with nice views of Lake Superior. While the surrounding road construction can be frustrating, the clinic's staff is highly praised, and patients are grateful to have Essentia Health nearby.
Although I wasn't seen by a doctor. I did eat at the cafeteria. I was surprised how clean and organized it was. Also having a double cheese burger was great along with the spicy fries. They also had microwaves that was different. No cash. Just cards. Convenient ATMs
Coming from the cities the care here doesn’t even compare. I come here for infusions. The infusion center is great, but most everything else is never a good experience. I have a few doctors on my team that are good, but it is few and far between. As a healthcare professional myself, I feel they really struggle to accommodate the people that come here for care. They also just removed most of their desk attendants, which for me isn’t an issue, but for the older people who struggle with cell phones, it has been an issue. I am always trying to help show them where they can go to check in.
Staff is consistently, amazingly approachable, and good at what they do. Looks clean and smells clean! The full picture inspires my confidence that we’re in the right place for what ails us!
