People Incorporated Family Life Mental Health Center treats clients with respect and has their best interests in mind. The clinic has providers who are talented, educated, and skilled in therapy skills and practices. The front office and other professionals are kind and positive. Clients have had negative experiences with other counselors in the past, but have been satisfied with the service at Family Life. The clinic is a community resource that provides communication, respect, and empathy. Clients have been helped on their healing journey and have turned their life around with the help of the people at the center.
I have been using this clinic for over a decade. I had an episode when my son was about 3 and he is now 16. I went to Riverwind Crisis and was set up with providers within a few days. My providers HAVE changed over the years if they moved practices or as I move in and out of therapy during the cycle of life. However, I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and with MY best interests in mind. Shauna at the front desk, still remembers me after not being in office after a long break of only doing virtual visits after COVID. Lauren LPCC LADC is talented, educated/knowledgable, and highly skilled in essential and advanced therapy skills and practices. After having prior negative experiences in trying out different counselors in the past I have been nothing but satisfied with her service and grateful for her! My interactions with the front office and other professionals in the building have also been nothing but positive. Highly recommend Family Life. Their communication, respect, and empathy for clients is an amazing community resource.
