I finished up the year-long DBT class with Madi and Jess as the instructors, and this program really changed my life. I know it sounds corny, but when I came in I couldn't tell you the difference between anger and disgust, but now I can clearly describe my emotions and communicate effectively with people without shutting down or shutting off.
The skills I learned has helped me in my marriage, my job, and improved my relationships with others.

I would encourage anyone who is struggling, with whatever it may be, to reach out to this place and get engaged in your mental health. You'll thank yourself… read full review

I can’t say enough good things about Nystrom & Associates and their DBT program. When I started, I was struggling with emotional regulation, relationships, and feeling overwhelmed by daily life. The structure of the DBT program, along with the support from the compassionate and knowledgeable therapists, truly changed my life.

I finally feel like I have a roadmap for how to cope in a healthier, more effective way and that’s something I hadn’t found in other therapy… read full review
