I gave this 4 star review because, I have had friends and family that wanted to get appointment with my Stylist Joanna on the online booking and it is somewhat difficult being you have to scroll down to see that there is other stylists at the salon. And I see Joanna, she has been doing my Hair for 25 years and she never disappoints that's why I just love her..

Jessica did an amazing job cutting and highlighting my hair. She's fast, efficient and my highlights were blended to perfection! She's also very personable. I look forward to my next appointment. Thanks Jessica!

I tried to see a girl named Jessica but she didn't even realize I was waiting for her for over 15 minutes. This is the most organized place... They also screwed up my scheduling and she personally hunted me down as a no-show when I called the front to reschedule... Perhaps they never told her . So I screenshotted my previous call, sent it to Jessica but then she still proceeded to say I know showed after we had been texting for a few weeks and rebooked me herself. Yet- Did not know that I had a new appointment... She was double booked. She also said that her partial foil (is a 10 pack and that since it was a Groupon, she would never be willing to do more than ten foils for the Groupon price).... She said she's the manager and the owner. But in the lobby I met a woman who said the actual owner is really nice... Mostly older women coming to the salon... It appears there are multiple independent contractors here... I feel bad that one person can make the whole establishment look bad.

I have been seeing Nikki for several years and she is amazing! She excels at all services, cut, color, high lights and more! All you have to tell her is what your looking for and she will make it happen!
