I'd been going to this clinic for a long time, ever since I was a kid going to the doctors with my mom. So I've seen many different doctors here, and I have never found a single one I liked enough to be my primary care physician. Of course, not all my experiences were bad. Many of them were okay enough, but I've had very few good experiences with any of the doctors or nurses here. And I can't recall a single "great" experience, where I felt like they really listened to me and cared what I had to say.That's where the main problem is for me. It has some specialty clinics. There are elevators and public restrooms. Just know that if you don't get into the right parking lot, the parking lots are not connected. There tends to be a lot of traffic on the little main road, so if you're late, just that one little mistake can make you very late. So just try to keep an eye on where you're going or give yourself a little extra time. This one little mistake mixed with construction made me miss my appointment the last time.

Just visited feeling extremely frustrated and exhausted. I was nervous coming to a new location but the staff at the desks were extremely friendly and accommodating, my nurse was kind and compassionate, and I was seen very quickly. I saw Dr.Byers and he listened to me, and assured that I was going to be okay. I had a great and easy experience for something that is not a great and easy thing.
