A furnace that would not heat was fixed after hours; the parts were explained, affordable options were offered and no pushy replacement was suggested. The technician educated us on what can be done ourselves and was fast to reply, knowledgeable and a problem solver. An AC that stopped working in a new house was fixed in a few hours and zones were programmed correctly. For a park model RV, the company told us the problem was likely a lack of air flow and suggested cleaning vents and cold air return, which improved performance without a costly new unit. The company got a new outdoor condensing unit quick and professional, and a wonky furnace was troubleshooted in winter. Short notice service before a holiday weekend got a furnace up and running and left the customer pleased.

Jeremy was a life and money saver last week when suddenly our furnace didn't want to heat the house! Admittedly, he was our second call after the first bigger furnace outfit wanted us to replace the furnace and AC for a $17k price tag. Jeremy came by after hours and educated us on the parts to our furnace and what we can do for ourselves if this were to ever happen to us again. I cannot recommend Jeremy enough! He was fast to reply, knowledgeable, and affordable! He wasn't pushy to replace our older furnace and was a problem solver! Thank you!
Our AC wasn’t working when we moved into our new house. Jeremy came over right away as we were expecting 90 degree weather, and spent 2-3 hours fixing our AC and making sure our zones were programmed correctly. He was so kind and we will definitely be calling him again in the future!
