Life Time Chanhassen is a comprehensive fitness center that offers a variety of amenities. Members can utilize an expansive fitness floor, participate in unlimited studio classes, and enjoy basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The center also boasts personal trainers who provide tailored sessions to meet individual goals. Many highly recommend Life Time, praising the knowledgeable class instructors, clean facilities, welcoming cafe, and helpful staff. However, some members have expressed concerns regarding membership time policies for seniors. According to recent reviews, the gym has every machine one could ask for, including a cold plunge. While the pre-COVID experience was praised, some members now feel the cost of membership is not worth it due to the gym being crowded, especially during peak hours, and the cancellation of 24-hour access. The reviews also mention the need for better policies to ensure a peaceful environment, especially in the sauna.
Hands down one of the best gym experiences you can find. The amenities, pools, and overall environment are world class. The Chanhassen, MN location in particular is absolutely incredible — they really go above and beyond in offering a wide variety of services and experiences. My only gripe is the membership fees are steep. I wish they would consider sliding scale options or partnerships with community organizations to make it more accessible to everyone. Great gym, just needs to be more inclusive financially
I've been a member for about a decade now and I have got to say that it is a great company with amazing instructors and classes. I highly recommend checking out a free visit. 😁
I really like it here. The staff is great, kids love rock climbing, all 3 pools and their swim instructors... And get this, they have unlimited TOWELS, YA'LL!
It is the perfect place to come get a shower, hit the hot tub, and some cold plunge action after training Jiu-Jitsu at M-Theory West just down the street by Costco.
Highly recommend this location!
