I don't have a history of being an "athlete" by any stretch of the imagination. Just a 38 yr old dad who wants to feel good, and if I chip away at the "dad-bod" in the process, even better. When my wife and I joined CFC back in May of 2022, we immediately felt like "these are our people". The staff actually care, the members are welcoming. They push you to reach your goals, but its not an ego-driven environment. Come as you are, and you'll quickly see yourself getting stronger and feeling better. I couldn't say enough good things about CFC and this community!

Great gym, very welcoming and easy to get started, which isn't the case with all CrossFit gyms. Ownership is very responsive and engaged. Instructors are helpful. Nice location as well.

Good and Twisted is a welcoming place where you can get a great workout and a relaxing meditative experience while improving your health and well being. I can no longer imagine a life without yoga.
