“I moved to Minnesota from Iowa and needed to find a new eye doctor. Moving to Kennedy Vision was seamless and easy, and I was able to get scheduled very quickly. The office in Plymouth was clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered my contacts through them and they arrived very quickly. I did see an update that they requiring all patients to do the Optomap exam, which is not fully covered by insurance (I believe it's a $39 copay for patients 18+). While this may be beneficial, I do with there was an option to stick with the basic exam that is covered. Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Kennedy Vision!“

“WOW!! I have never been more impressed with a doctor’s office than I was today (and I am not one to leave reviews but this deserves to be told)!! Every single person that helped me was above and beyond kind, helpful, comforting, personable, and made me feel like I mattered. First, Lisa M. helped me get started running several thorough tests explaining everything to me with great care and knowledge. I felt bad about the number of questions I had for her and she took the time to go into detail and talk to me. Talking to her I felt like I had known her for years and I was talking to a friend. Next, I met with Dr. Krueser who was phenomenal!!! I couldn’t believe the amount of detail he went into AND the fact that it was the end of the day and I was clearly over my appointment time already that didn’t seem to bother him one bit. He had the best ”bedside manner” I have ever witnessed from a Doctor and spoke to me as a person; with care and genuine interest in the conversation. I felt like I was in great hands, I fully trusted his judgment, and actually enjoyed my time there learning so much! Since my appointment took a bit longer with all of my own questions and I was never hurried along or cut off, we were now approaching business close and I assumed I would just come back another day to pick out glasses but, no. Dr. Krueser himself, walked me back out to Taylor E. to pick out my glasses and made sure to relay any important information to her that I may have mentioned during my appointment to ensure I got everything I needed and had the assistance I needed. Taylor was FABULOUS!!!!! Let me tell you…..I thought I only know my style and nobody could help me choose a frame that I would like but she understood me more than I did myself! She thoroughly showed me options, never rushed me, offered even more options above and beyond what she had to do, and was honest. When you have never had to wear glasses before and at 42 now you do it’s a big deal and you want to feel like the person helping you isn’t fake, trying to just sell you something or hurry and get you out the door. This was NOT Taylor. Working with her honestly made me feel like I was in a designer store shopping with my friend for something fun. She was honest, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and here there was, the third person I interacted with during my appointment who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and good about my choices. I will hands down never go anywhere else for my eye care and will definitely spread the word about my experience to friends, family and acquaintances about my experience so others can get that same treatment and exceptional experience I received. Thank you to all of the staff at Goldsmith Eye Care in Prior Lake, MN for making this a memorable and comforting experience for me……the team sure is lucky to have you with them and to have the honor of working alongside you!!! My glasses have always been top notch quality and you can walk in any time for an adjustment to your frames if they aren't fitting right anymore. “I was 6 minutes late and was told that they would have to check and see if they could see me. They had that I was 7 minutes late. I normally go to the Chaska office. They did agree to see me so I was very appreciative and they worked me in to a cancellation appointment slot. My
Goal is to say something that will make Dr. Docktor chuckle or at least smile. So far no luck after 4 appointments with some of my best material. However, Chad Docktor is highly efficient and good at what he does. One day I will maybe get a smile out of him after saying something witty. I have another opportunity in January 2025. Fingers

This has been really hard for me because getting older was easier alongside my fiancé, who passed away just 16 days ago. Target Optical staff was wonderful. They let me know I was free to bring in an old pair of my fiancé’s glasses so they can put my lenses in his frames. It’s a bittersweet and subtle nod to him that I’ll carry with me every day.
