Our experience with the voyager team building our new deck was great. Keith was very helpful answering questions, reviewing estimates and showing pictures of other projects. Casey coordinated everything and provided excellent communication. Jim and Joe were a pleasure to work with. Professional, hard working, answered questions, kept us informed on how things were going etc. Matt came in at the end to walk us through everything. Throughout the project we were impressed by everyone. We love our new deck and highly recommend Voyager.

Enjoying our new deck so far! Nice upgrade compared to what we had prior. If there’s one thing I’d change about my experience, it’d be the communication. My project had to be pushed back a couple times. The second time I had to reach out to see what was going on, almost like it was forgotten about, so I’m glad I checked in. Hard to get a response sometimes. The crew was nice, just wasn’t sure when they were going to show up each day, as it was a different time almost every day. Nonetheless, we’re happy with the Trex decking and would recommend Voyager to anyone.
