Did not cure it but made it manageable for me to live with it. Never knew I had one until January of 2025. I have major gym anxiety, and I've been very comfortable here with the small classes and remarkably inclusive instructors (shout out to Jennifer and Jairo). My only hesitation is that it's a boutique style setting, and classes are expensive. They don't offer classic unlimited memberships - I wish they did! Overall, I really love the place, and hope you'll give them a try.
