“My colorist Hannah was the best I've ever had. She helped me understand different options and which one would produce my desired result. I finally decided to go with a full foil and she did a fantastic job answering all my questions as she worked her magic. She was also very sweet, easy to talk to, and interesting. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the pricing was more than I expected. The website said that a full foil would be $85 but because I have thick hair and it was shoulder length the price was more than twice that. I haven't had my hair foiled in a long time so the price surprised me but overall, it was a good experience and a great job.“

“I've been getting my brows threaded for about seven years now and I've gone to plenty brow studio locations. One day Srijana at the Maplewood location did my brows like no one else has before. I tell the people who thread my brows the exact same thing. "I don't have a lot of brow so keep as much as you can. I like my brows long but not wide." She always gets it right. I've love her work and refuse to let anyone else do my brows. She's efficient and I strongly recommend seeing her at Maplewood Mall. The facility is clean, calm, and well kept.“

I rang the salon and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ben Belde who is a dream! He helped me get the gift certificate and when I gave him the address to mail it to he offered to hand deliver it!! Can you believe this?? I didn't know this kind of service still existed but let me tell you, it is alive and well at arabella salon and I cannot wait to visit my mother-in-law so we can go together in person and I can experience this amazing first class customer service irl.
