“WHY CAN'T I SCHEDULE A HAIRCUT FOR A SPECIFIC TIME?! The wait time can go from 0 minutes to 100 minutes without notice. If I want to schedule a haircut for 3:00pm, I have to log in and monitor the app starting 2 hours before! If the wait time is 3 minutes, I obviously am not going to schedule. However, that 3 minutes countdown can suddenly jump to 72 minutes at 2:40. Especially on a Saturday, I have had to skip a haircut due to scheduling, where I could have otherwise scheduled a haircut when they opened, or imagine scheduling an appointment days in advance; that would be crazy! This is a horrible system, and really hope it is updated soon. The haircutting itself is always great. Please fix the scheduling system.“
