I went in to the haircut expecting an average haircut, but was treated to an exemplary haircut where Hairdresser Felicia was extremely talented with hair and left me feeling confident with my hair. They kept me at ease and were kind the whole way through. Best haircut I’ve had to date!

WHY CAN'T I SCHEDULE A HAIRCUT FOR A SPECIFIC TIME?! The wait time can go from 0 minutes to 100 minutes without notice. If I want to schedule a haircut for 3:00pm, I have to log in and monitor the app starting 2 hours before! If the wait time is 3 minutes, I obviously am not going to schedule. However, that 3 minutes countdown can suddenly jump to 72 minutes at 2:40. Especially on a Saturday, I have had to skip a haircut due to scheduling, where I could have otherwise scheduled a haircut when they opened, or imagine scheduling an appointment days in advance; that would be crazy!
