I adopted my big boy Benny (working line GSD) in late January & I needed a trainer who understood GSDs. Benny was very dog reactive & I was nervous every time I went for a walk. Ross helped me gain confidence and showed me how to handle different situations. He also helped me with e-collar training as he understood I wanted Benny to go hiking everywhere with me.
