I wanted to try something different from our usual outdoor family photo shoots, and this was my first time doing an in-studio session — it was absolutely amazing! Jordana made me feel so comfortable during my maternity shoot and was incredibly efficient and thoughtful, especially with my young daughter there as well.
She was the perfect blend of go-with-the-flow and organized. She even had toys to keep my daughter entertained while I did my solo photos, and she went the extra mile by involving her in the session — letting her choose her own dress and jewelry, which made her feel so special.
Jordana’s communication was timely, her turnaround time for edits was fast, and the photos exceeded every expectation I had. I also opted for hair and makeup, which added such a fun and special touch to the day.
Her studio has a beautiful range of wardrobe options and backdrops to fit all kinds of styles. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I will absolutely be returning for future family sessions!

I thought Jordana was wonderful, I felt she was very professional and worked diligently to address our concerns about safety with a newborn. She expedited our session to help calm my wife’s anxiety and had an amazing way with our son. I look forward to seeing the products, I would gladly use her again for future photo shoots.

Jordana is AMAZING! I found her when I was doing some online searching for maternity photos, specifically with the idea in mind that I wanted photos that were going to make me feel good about myself when I wasn't feeling so good in my new body. Her photo galleries instantly drew my attention and I knew I had to book with her. The bonus was finding out she also did newborn photos! My partner was pretty particular on how he wanted our daughter's newborn photos to look, and again, Jordana's gallery showed us that she would be the right fit.
For my maternity shoot, I literally sat in the parking lot and cried, thinking that this was a silly idea, and that there was no outfit or no amount of editing that could make me like a photo of myself. I had also never been professionally photographed, so to say my anxiety was high would have been an understatement. Jordana met us at the door with a welcoming smile and already could tell how I was feeling, and assured me that she wanted to make this experience as comfortable and positive as possible. The makeup artist she works with and that I chose to book, Roxee, was a great icebreaker to the whole experience - she is full of energy, positivity, and encouragement. It honestly felt like I had made two new friends within the hour! During the shoot, Jordana was friendly, calm, very directive in a helpful way, positive, and took my requests into account. She even got me into all the outfits I had requested to be photographed in!!
For the newborn shoot, Jordana did so wonderfully with our daughter, we could not have asked for a smoother appointment. She made sure to prep us well beforehand, but her ability, patience, and demeanor with our 3-week-old was so comforting to us as parents. When we weren't in photos ourselves, we were able to confidently sit back and watch Jordana work her magic.
The photos themselves are pretty much pure GOLD! The amount of compliments I have received on them will not end. Even I, the woman who was certain that I could not be beautiful while pregnant, could not stop smiling at the final product. And as if our baby could not get any cuter, Jordana managed to capture it perfectly in her photos!! When it came to getting our photos back, Jordana was QUICK and put in the time to get you a product that you couldn't stop looking at. I cannot recommend Jordanalisa Photography enough, and you are silly to go elsewhere!!

I felt very comfortable and did not feel rushed. I now see the difference working with a full service studio. She has a separate area for hair/makeup, lots of snacks and a ton of accessories to complete your look. I also loved the wardrobe choices she had. My pictures came out amazing and I loved the variety. This is definitely a top tier experience and definitely worth it!

If you’re looking for a photographer to bring your ideas to life, she is your gal! For my maternity shoot she asked me what my inspiration was and I gave her 3 words, goddess, feminine, & flowers. She made me feel so beautiful and powerful! She made sure I was comfortable with each pose throughout the shoot. She was very quick and was willing to make changes if needed. Once my little bundle of joy arrived, she captured the most adorable shots of him. She took her time and handled him so well. During the entire process Jordana has communicated with me over email and answered all of my questions. She edited the pictures beautifully and I got them back pretty quickly! I searched for a photographer like her throughout my pregnancy, and I’m so glad I came across her page. Her work is amazing. That’s an understatement. 10/10 recommend. She also provided a closet full of dresses, drapes, one pieces etc to make you feel beautiful. As for the newborn shoot she also provided wardrobe, accessories, and props. Jordana is really good at reading what you want, even if you’re feeling a little lost and don’t have much ideas.

Jordana did my newborn pictures and I am in LOVE with them! Not only are the pictures absolutely gorgeous, but I, and my baby, felt so comfortable with her. I was able to fully relax and enjoy our time during our session and know that my baby was in the best hands. She was responsive, organized, and very thorough with providing information about packages, prices, and what to expect the day of photos. I will absolutely be using Jordana again and recommencing her!
