Called to ask if my glasses were in. Rude, attitude response. "I've called everyone" I get another shipment tomorrow . Said as if I was bothering her ...what's your name nope not here ...........sorry to have bothered you-dont have a spare pair and you said they would be 10 days-its been 14+, I think I'm entitled to enquire......should have went to pearl vision xz at least they are respectful... read full review

We purchased my sons glasses at the Burnsville location and were told because of his age he would receive children’s glasses and the warranty was included with no additional expense. When we needed to replace my sons frames we were charged $51 to use our “FREE” warranty.
