Orientation was good. Lots of information given during the follow up appointment. Immediate relief after going to a few adjustmemt appointments. They work with your schedule, and not theirs.

I’ve been going to this health source for a couple years! It is so nice and clean. I went through a pregnancy last year which I thought would make chiropractic services harder to receive or be uncomfortable, but they’ve been very aware of my needs and always make sure I’m comfortable! Super easy to make an appointment, change it or come in more often if needed!

I went in with a bad back, they had a special going on and then she asked me if I wanted to do certain services and did not tell me that it would potentially cost me above and beyond the set price we talked about. I ended up in the ER the next morning because my back pain had gotten significantly worse. I understand that’s the chance you take at a chiropractor, but I cancelled my follow up appointment as I was told by the ER doc to hold off. HealthSource called to check in on me and I told her about the ER visit. she seemed to minimize my pain and told me ‘sometimes that happens after a first visit’. This made me feel frustrated. Then a couple of weeks later, I got a bill for charges for the additional services that weren’t covered in the ‘special’. When I called to talk to them about it, all I got was an apology that it ‘wasn’t transparent’. I had to do a ton of research with my insurance because they also had some incorrect information and it was denied by my insurance and had to be resubmitted. After waiting 3 months for it to go through my insurance again, HealthSource sent me a bill and 5 days later sent me a copy of that bill and said if I didn’t pay, it would be sent to collections. It had only been 2 weeks since I found out the initial charges. Overall, I paid more out of pocket with the their ‘special’ that I would’ve had I just gone through my insurance. It didn’t help my condition and was more of a headache to deal with. I have, overall, been very unhappy with this experience.

I have always been nervous to go to a chiropractor. When I was struggling with lower back and hip pain, I knew it was time. I did some research and talked to others and I found Allison with Health Source. She took the time to listen to my concerns and for the last six months, her and her team have been amazing. She has worked with me on different stretches, and other ways to help fix my ailments. My hip and back pain have improved and almost been eliminated! Thank you Heath Source!
