Summary of long read ahead: Genz-Ryan installed superior technology that is more efficient for less money than the 1st quote I received. Highly recommended! If I had to pick one favorite aspect of is company, it's customer service! Other noteable aspects: impecable communication, photos of technicians who are coming to your home, explanations, packages and price points for all family budgets, financing. The day before my father's funeral I learned our 15 year old furnace was leaking gas and needed $2000 in repairs. Needless to say I was overwhelmed. We just moved in a couple weeks ago and ended up having our pipes back up into our basement. Eulises came over and was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as he went to ensure I knew what was going on.
