My wife and I just completed our annual check up visit at the new Burnsville location. The new location is bright, airy and very modern, a good change from the previous location. I did note that some of the vision test equipment did not seem to be ergonomic for a shorter patient and also noted in the vison test that uses letters that as choices in settings are made by the doctor (which is sharper 1 or 2, etc.) the shape of the letters changed and was a bit distracting. But the testing was complete and I had a good check up. On the way out I stopped in lens crafters for a couple frame repairs. All and all, a very good visit and we have enjoyed coming to Lens Crafters... read full review

The receptionist and vision assistant were very helpful. I was given a couple options on exactly how I wanted the visit to go. For example, I was given the option to not use dialating drops. Dr. Sherri explained the pictures that were taken of my eyes and checked each eye thoroughly.

Staff called me the name of eye meds to take that Dr Boothroyd said to use which was Refresch ______. Tole person calling me I was driving so wouldn't remember. Send a note to have them send me an email with full name. Still don't know what it is.
