The receptionist and vision assistant were very helpful. I was given a couple options on exactly how I wanted the visit to go. For example, I was given the option to not use dialating drops. Dr. Sherri explained the pictures that were taken of my eyes and checked each eye thoroughly.
Staff called me the name of eye meds to take that Dr Boothroyd said to use which was Refresch ______. Tole person calling me I was driving so wouldn't remember. Send a note to have them send me an email with full name. Still don't know what it is.
Overall great experience as I expected from appointments over the years coming here. Appreciated Dr. Boothroyd’s helpful explanation for what is going on with my eyes. Definitely will be back.
