Crossroads was recommended to us by a friend after a horrible experience at Prior Lake Vet. Crossroads Dr's are fabulous. We had a senior dog whose ear was gushing blood (a cyst had burst) We made 2 trips to Prior (our normal vet at the time) on the same day, because the bleeding wouldn't stop. When it started up a 3rd time, we called and they told us to go somewhere else. Long story short, we ended up at Crossroads and they were so wonderful! The Dr worked through her lunch hour on our girl. She ended up needing to be put to sleep, but the Dr was caring and showed so much empathy. She sat in the room with my husband for an hour talking and listening while he shared memories with her about our Pepper. They didn't hurry him out the door. They let him have all the time he needed. Everyone was so sweet and kind. The way a vet should be. We have found our new vet! Thank you so much, everyone!

We had to put our Shi Tzu, Murphy, down today. He got sick over the weekend, and we spent time at the emergency vet. I called Crossroads this morning and they were very busy with surgery's etc, but were gracious and got us in. Dr Mike was wonderful, so kind and caring. Thank you for making this day peaceful for Murphy and a little bit easier for our family.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Crossroads Animal Hospital. From regular routine visits, to getting the necessary paperwork completed to live abroad with our dog. And most recently to put our sweet old boy down. It was an incredibly hard experience and the staff and especially Dr Langevin were so incredibly caring and kind throughout the entire process. All of the doctors at the hospital are wonderful and have so much knowledge but our favorite is Dr Langevin! Take your animals to this clinic- you won’t be disappointed. They will love your pet just as much as you do!

Theo and I have been seeing Crossroads for all our vet needs since 2014. Dr Langevin is our primary and she's incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough! The tech staff is always very gentle and friendly, especially when Theo is feeling anxious about the doctor's office.

I got our cat set up with the vet and was pleased with the exam. The doctor was thorough and informative of the care of my Sr. Boy. He found out the price for blood work for him and gave us options how to proceed. We will continue to see him for our cat's health.

Very rude, bad customer service , not knowledgeable to any of our pets, , just overcharged us, and don't know any clue, keep going and wasted your time and money. But don't know what exactly our pet is diagnosed of or potentially dying of. Won't listen to our concerns and frustrations . In their mind they think we don't know English terminology but they don't listen to what we have to say. Just send you off to different places because they can't care for your pets any longer, don't know what they're doing. They don't know how to treat their clients and communication skills , very unprofessional. They think we're different in colors and they treat us differently. Very sad for the pets to be kicked out for no reason. Such a horrible place. If you love and care about your pets . Don't bother to go there and waste your time and money. Sorry but this is when our pet is still sick and needed care. They don't have any and no hearts for any animals , they just doing their jobs and get paid. Thanks for your time to read and understand this.

We can't recommend Crossroads enough after they cared for our dog Fred for so many years. He wasn't exactly an easy patient with two knee surgeries and continuous random issues. Throughout it all the entire Crossroads staff was wonderful to work with and so sweet with our gentle giant. We were extra impressed by Dr. Michels who went out of her way to make sure Fred was comfortable in his last few years. Thank you Crossroads for everything you did for us and our sweet Fred!
