I walked in the door with my dyson. Gentleman asked what was wrong. So I turned the dyson on and he knew right away that the filters on the dyson were bad. So welcome to find someone that can diagnose and fix a problem within minutes!!

Brought my Janome S9 in for repair and tune up and the service was fast and very professional. It took them only one day to repair and tune up. That is unheard of these days. Price was what they said it would be. Jim and another gentleman explained everything to me what was wrong and how to avoid the same mistake again. I also left with the embroidery software so I can expand on my embroidery. Bought my machine 4 years ago from Jeremy at the MSP Home and Garden Show.
