First-time wax clients note that the process is quick, smooth, and only a 3/10 pain, with the esthetician explaining everything and doing a great job at distracting. The studio is described as freaking cute and cozy, and the esthetician is kind, caring, and talkative, making clients feel like they are talking with an old friend. She makes clients feel 100% comfortable, calm, and talks them through the whole process. Results are described as freaking amazing, and clients book their next session already. The esthetician also has amazing products for after care that help the skin so so much. Clients would 100% recommend for Brazilians and say it is 100000% the best.

I have been going to Charlotte for awhile now, and when i say go see her…GO SEE HER!! She is such a sweetheart and is so respectful. She is always making sure you are satisfied with your experience, and the lashes look phenomenal everytime!! Her vibe is amazing, i immediately felt comfortable in her lashing abilities! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND
