I highly recommend calling in advance instead of walk in due to limited staff.Greg took care of me and made me feel welcome. He was extremely friendly and had a great conversation. Since he was the only in, he balanced between answering phone calls and running the place, however that did not make any negative impact on my experience.On top of balancing running the shop, it didn’t take away any attention to detail over my haircut. Once Greg was done, he walked me through everything he did and made sure I left satisfied.For someone who always struggles to find a good barber, I felt welcomed and expect to be returning regularly. “My Dad has been going to Toby for as long as I can remember. Even though Dad now has alzheimer's, I take him to get his haircut every 6-7 weeks. Toby always has a smile on his face, and is so very kind. This barber shop is incredibly welcoming and homey. It's tucked away in a business center type of building, but when you get to their door, you see the barber pole and know you're in the right place. They always have coffee, water, and usually snacks galore. Dad will continue to go there as long as possible! Thanks Toby for taking such great care of Dad!“
