“First time at Dick’s, I was able to call this morning and book an appointment day of. I highly recommend calling in advance instead of walk in due to limited staff.Greg took care of me and made me feel welcome. He was extremely friendly and had a great conversation. Since he was the only in, he balanced between answering phone calls and running the place, however that did not make any negative impact on my experience.On top of balancing running the shop, it didn’t take away any attention to detail over my haircut. Once Greg was done, he walked me through everything he did and made sure I left satisfied.For someone who always struggles to find a good barber, I felt welcomed and expect to be returning regularly.
