Tanner and his team put in a French drain for us. This was by no means a straight forward drainage issue. They did an amazing job. It's rare to find a contractor that is this professional. I would not hesitate to reccomend or use them again.
Tanner came out to assess our landscaping and whether or not it might be contributing to a water intrusion issue. He didn't think it was, and referred us to a different company to help with our issue. Tanner was on time, courteous, and professional. He was happy to explain everything in simple terms. Issue: Stagnant water on a big area of lawn.
Tanner assessed the condition of the lawn and around the house. He came up with a french-drain solution and, couple of days later, provided me with an estimate with a plan. The crew started the work and kept me updated with the progress. Even though the project took longer than originally planned because of some incorrect information available to us at the time, and a major underground gas line a crucial location, Tanner and his team replanned the work and continued.
