Lund heating is who my home warranty dispatched for the replacement of the condensation pump for the HVAC. Joe came and replaced the part in about 5 minutes. He explained the function of the pump and what had happened. He went above and beyond by using our Shop Vac to clean up the mess that occurred around the water heater as a result of the broken and leaking pump. I was very pleased with the service.
Our A/C unit was basically shot and we had no cool air flowing through to our main house. I requested service through our home warranty and were referred to Lund. I got in contact with Joe and he was very friendly and helpful and kept me updated on the entire process and status. Within a week or so we got Joe out here to install a brand new A/c unit! He was very quick and efficient! Thank you soo much Joe!
Joe was one of the few techs willing/able to come out and service our furnace on New Years during an emergency where we had no heat. Unlike other technicians we have had in the past, Joe took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and potential resolutions to both me and my husband, considering us as equally competent decision makers. I was extremely pleased with the service we received from all aspects. The job was completed as quickly as possible, and we were treated with fairness and respect throughout. Thank you.
