Joe was one of the few techs willing/able to come out and service our furnace on New Years during an emergency where we had no heat. Unlike other technicians we have had in the past, Joe took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and potential resolutions to both me and my husband, considering us as equally competent decision makers. I was extremely pleased with the service we received from all aspects. The job was completed as quickly as possible, and we were treated with fairness and respect throughout. Thank you.
Joe was great! I had a heating emergency and he got to me first thing the next morning. When he arrived we realized that I requested the wrong service and he didn’t specialize in what I needed, but he still took the time to look. He was able to fix the problem and went a step further to educate me on a few things. Thanks for going above and beyond Joe!!!
Awesome service. Such nice guys. Furnace shut down during a cold snap and they were quick to hear my concern and came ASAP. Explained what was wrong and what the charges were. Very reasonable. Thank you Lund Heating and Cooling for getting us back up and running!Service: Heating system maintenance
