The installation was fast, high quality, and he left the site clean. Nate came out the same day, got the AC back up and running, was super polite and incredibly nice, and explained everything thoroughly. Nathan was great with a timely response and kept customers updated about his arrival time, which was the same day. He fixed what needed to be fixed at a reasonable rate. Customers look forward to continuing to work with Aerostar for any future HVAC needs, would recommend him to anyone that needs work done, and highly recommend him.
Nate was so helpful. Our ac would not turn on during the first 90 degree day of summer, he attempted to help us troubleshoot over the phone. When we couldn’t resolve the issue he was to our house within three hours and had our ac unit up and running in 30 minutes.
I was very pleased with the service by Aerostar. Nate and his crew were professional, quick, and delivered on their promises. They were on time and finished when they said they would. They are very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
