The installation was fast, high quality, and he left the site clean. Nate came out the same day, got the AC back up and running, was super polite and incredibly nice, and explained everything thoroughly. Nathan was great with a timely response and kept customers updated about his arrival time, which was the same day. He fixed what needed to be fixed at a reasonable rate. Customers look forward to continuing to work with Aerostar for any future HVAC needs, would recommend him to anyone that needs work done, and highly recommend him.
Aerostar Heating and Air is amazing Nate and crew came in and installed a new furnace and Ac system in our house and wow does it work great. He went over expectations by opening and closing certain vents to direct more air flow to our 2nd level and now for the 1st time in 12 years our bedroom is cool and our 2nd floor is within 1 degree of the main level! Job well done Nate! Would recommend this company for all heating and air needs
I cannot recommend Aerostar Heating and Air highly enough. As a brand-new customer, I called them in a complete pinch after being referred by a family member. My current HVAC service provider had just told me I either needed an entirely new A/C unit or several hundred dollars in repairs.
Nate came out quickly and completely turned the situation around. His communication was excellent from start to finish—they walked me through exactly what they were looking at and kept me informed the entire time. Nate was excellent to work with. Communication was great. He actually fixed our old air conditioner at no cost to get us by until we replaced it. He sold us what we needed didn’t try any sales tactics to get us to buy a unit we didn’t need. A plus.
