I am so grateful for Techmate in Buffalo! I am 'older!' (& missing the 'technical gene!')
Techmate staff members are both smart and kind! Have visited them with 'laptop' issues for several years.....They have helped me every time....& I will continue to return.
If you need TLC with your 'devices!." I think you will be in good hands there.

Did just about everything they could to save my crapped out Switch and when the repair turned out not to be worth it vs. getting a new one, they recycled it for me and didn't charge a dime. I'll be taking all my tech issues here from now on (and hopefully I'll be able to pay you guys for the next one).
